    • What is it?

    • It is basically e-mail, however any message sent is automatically distributed to everyone in the Department of Health, Human Performance and Sport, as well as other individuals who may have signed on.

    • Interesting information and links that students may find useful
    • Any questions or correspondence that may be useful!

        3. In the body of the message simply type the following:
