Ed Specialist Graduate Survey

 

This report contains the results of a survey of school administration program graduates who are practicing school administrators. Survey items correspond directly to the outcomes of the Graduate Conceptual Framework. Using a scale of 1 to 4, advanced program completers rated their abilities by answering questions for indicators related to each of the outcomes. A simple average for each outcome was calculated. The combinations used were: Inquire and Change (Items 13 & 15); Reflect (Items 1 & 14); Implement responsible change (Items 5, 12 & 16); Create and maintain caring communities (Items 3 & 11); Communicate effectively (Items 4, 7 & 10); and Ability to be a professional leader and steward (Items 2, 6, 8, & 9).
