The Field Experience Office is responsible
for monitoring all field
experiences coordinated with specific courses, students' successful advancement in Teacher Education, and student teaching.

Benchmarks for Successful Advancement in Teacher Education
The Video Signature Page is used to document completion of the requirement to view the introductory video (required for all education majors, regardless of endorsement).
A Log Sheet is used to keep track of field experience hours.
Student
Evaluation of Field Experience is the form to use to record
your reflections about field experiences. It may be used in
a variety of courses.
The School
Setting Field Experience form is to be used for those
experiences that take place in a school setting but are not
coordinated with a specific course. An example would be volunteering
as a teacher's aide in a classroom. Advisor approval is needed.
The Non-School
Setting Field Experience form is to be used for those
experiences that do not take place in a school setting and
are not coordinated with a specific course. An example would
be teaching Vacation Bible School or working at a camp or
coaching. Advisor approval is needed.
The Faculty
Request for Field Placements form is to be used by WSC
faculty to request field experience placements for their students.
