Starting Monday, April 15 the library will be open from 7:30am to 1am Monday through Thursday. On Sunday we will be open from 3pm to 1am.
Library Booksale
The Library booksale is going on between today, March 11th through March 22nd. Come down and see what we have!
We are open Spring Break
We are open March 4th-8th from 8am to 5pm. We are closed Saturday, march 9th but will be open on Sunday the 10th.
Nordstrand Visual Art Gallery Opening
Feb. 13 - March 14th, the Nordstrand Art Gallery will be showing a new exhibit.
New Ebook Collection
We are currently in a trial period for a new ebook collection from EBSCO. This collection currently has over 112,000 ebooks in it from a variety of subjects including Oxford University Press and the Royal Society of Chemistry. To access it, click on the title of this news entry and then "ebooks" at the top to browse. Or, you can search it in any EBSCO product by clicking "choose databases" and selecting the ebook collection.
Films on Demand
The library is happy to announce that we have a new resource available to Business faculty and students. Titles from PBS, BBC, Frontline, CNBC, and many other major publishers are included. You can also embed the vidoes into Sakai, Powerpoint, and other services.
Regular Hours Begin Monday, January 7th
The library will begin regular hours on Monday, January 7th. The library will be closed Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th.
Change in Fall 2012 Library Hours, New exhibit on Monday
The library will now be open until 1am Monday-Thursday, we have also opened up more study space in the basement. Anyone who hasn't seen the current art exhibit in Nordstrand Visual Art Gallery should see it this week, a new exhibit will open on Monday Dec 3rd.

Library Conference Room 201 Available For Scheduling
Please stop by the Circulation Desk to schedule the Library Conference Room (201). With HR moved back to Hahn, the room is again available for reservations. The room does have a computer and projection system available upon request.
Wayne State College To Present Terry Rosenberg, Presidents
Wayne State College will present the exhibition, "Terry Rosenberg, Presidents." Paintings will be on display from Nov. 7-29. An opening reception will be Nov. 7, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., in the Nordstrand Visual Arts Gallery, Wayne State College.
The exhibition consists of a selection of recent paintings (2011-2012) that appropriate the names of American presidents as a primary motif. Rosenberg lives and works in New York City and in Omaha. He was formerly an artist in residence at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts.
His work is in the permanent collections of the Brooklyn Museum, Smithsonian American Art Museum, Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Walker Art Center and the Sheldon Museum of Art.
